What I don’t understand is they are just re-sellers? I guess since they are unable to pursue any legal avenues in China they want to just punish the buyers and re-sellers.
If you read the supplied document, they are focusing on GunBroker.com, claiming that since they allow gun auctions, and people post up H&K guns, GB.com is infringing on their TM, even though GB has rules in place against infringing on TM and breaking laws, etc. It really is just H&K being frivolous. They have great products but are a bunch of elitist douche bags.
