When the CTW’s first came out I very close to throwing down my 600 or so dollars to own one. Luckily logic and reason struck me. Who would repair my CTW if and when it went down? How much was actually know about these new AEGs? How propitiatory are the parts? So on and so forth… Now while I’d still love to get my hands on a CTW and I have no problem spending the money for one. I really want an AEG that either I can work on myself or I need a somewhat local (US based) dealer that I know and trust to do repairs in a timely and cost effective manner.
All that being said I still have to fight the urge off not to buy one from time to time.
Actually Evike.coms owner has a good connection with the manufacture of Celcius Technology. Myself, I was wondering the same thing as you, what will I do if things go wrong being their are more electrical parts etc, circuit board, different Cylinders for different FPS etc.
So I talk to the owner of Evike.com and ask him what he thought, he then told me that he will be able to get me all of the parts that I would need. If not for that reason, I would not have put any more thought into. I trust him because he has always being completely honest with me about all of the things we discuss.
He is very well informed and has more manufacture contacts then anyone else I have ever known. So if you would like, just cut Evike.com an email and ask them the questions that you have about the Celcius Technology made AEG and he will be straight up with you. Ask that the email go to the administration of Evike.com. I think if a lot of people actually got to know about the people who own and run Evike.com, that many opinions would be a lot better than some I have seen posted at different forums around the USA. Also if you ever have any problem with any evike.com order or want information on any Evike.com product.
