Fire Blossom IV-Bright Rain registration is now open. We have secured our new AO at DARC (Direct Action Resource Center) which is a privately owned training facility used for training military, swat, police and a few spec op teams that I can not mention or I would have to kill you
The registration fee for this amazing event is $50. There will be one (6) man special forces team that will have the opportunity to insert into the AO by repelling from the helicopter tower, run special missions and will wear multi cam. In order to be on the special forces team you must be an experienced airsoft player and physically fit and able to hold your own weight down a 25' rope. The special forces team will be by assignment only. You must request this position and if game day we have any doubts about your ability and safety performing this task we reserve the right to replace you with a substitute and refund you $15. You must wear gloves while repelling, we will provide the helmets. No one under 18 will be allowed on the special forces team.
Due to DARC insurance, you must download and complete a DARC and an ARRA waiver and have the DARC waiver notarized. Most banks have a notary that will not charge for their service. You can download the ARRA waiver on this site and we will have the DARC waiver available for down load by the end of the week.
Due to DARC insurance, there will be no overnight camping on this facility. There are two hotels who we are working with that are only two miles from DARC that will give group rates. We will also have that information posted by the end of the week.
Due to DARC insurance, no one under 18 will be allowed to participate in FB IV without a DARC waiver and an ARRA minor wavier which has the parent/guardian's consent.
The gate will be open at 6:30am on Saturday, March 20, 2010. Chrono and registration will begin at 7:30am and we will have a safety briefing at 8:30am and game on at 9:00am. This Operation is designed to last till around 4pm. We will break around 12:30 for lunch and at index we will have a raffle for several AEG's and tactical gear. We may provide a meal during this time which will be included in your registration fee. We are working on Force patches for everyone which is included as well.
The forces are as follows:
Allied Defense Force (ADF): Green uniform, can be marpat, woodland or tiger stripe.
International Expeditionary Army (IEA): Tan uniform, can be tan, three color desert or digital desert.
Special Forces: MULTICAM
You must post your team assignments in the "Roster" thread with call sign. Paypal is the only accepted form of payment for this Operation. The ARRA paypal account address is booneyrat20000@yahoo.com. Registration will close at midnight on February 28, 2010.
If you have any questions concerning this Operation, post your question in the FB Q & A thread and we will answer promptly.

Meh, i'm out. Full mask greatly inhibits use of scopes, sights, ect... Milsim not paintball. No offense

None taken. This will be very close quarters and a slight decrease in the ability to use sights is better than digging bb's out of your cheek at the end of the day. Besides, our face masks are not as bulky as what the role players and the special forces teams wear when they are training here.

After speaking to the owner, we have decided that Face masks and neck protection will be left up to the individual. But if you choose not to wear face protection or neck protection, you will have to sign a waiver the day of the OP that specifically addresses the potential for holes in your cheeks and missing teeth.

If you are under 18, you must have a parent or gaurdian attend with you. Sorry, the registration deadline has passed. Please check the ARRA forum concerning our Operations for registration deadlines and rules.
