My advice would be to go with a boom mike setup. When I used one, people had a hard time understanding me.

I'd pass on a throat mic unless you wanna spend 150+ dollars.

I have a throat mic system that works pretty well but I don't really like the feel on my neck, or the threading the wires in my clothes, and the little earpiece with the coil wire will decide to come off your ear etc. It's just not my thing.
