Beta Project has released an AEG version of the fabled Magpul MAG-K. In case you’ve been living under an anti-Magpul rock, the MAG-K first gained notoriety when a few snap shots were featured on The Firearm Blog here. It is called and Advanced Squad Carbine which in ECHO 1 slang means SCAR, so far looks good. We will find out soon enough. No idea on the price I am going to guess 150-200 USD. To be honest I think it looks pretty damn good, the upper reciver is metal witht he lower being a ABS type plastic. Detail looks good, I just wonder if the upper’s finish is a power type coat.
